Health Care Center of Miami offers employee assistance programs (EAP), a voluntary
confidential service providing professional counseling and referral services designed to help employees with their personal, work-related or family problems.
Its purpose is to help employees and their families identify, resolve and gain control over personal problems that may be interfering with work and daily life.
Through short-term counseling, the EAP can help employees understand what options are available for virtually any issue or problem that may arise.
Employees can receive help with:
- Family and Marriage.
- Drug and Alcohol Abuse.
- Medical Concerns.
- Work Stress.
- Depression.
- Legal or Financial Problems.
Health Care Center of Miami's employee assistance programs are available 24 hours a day. Employees of enrolled companies can contact our counselors any time for assistance. A certified EAP counselor will answer the call and begin helping immediately.
Our employee assistance programs also provide Certified Substance Abuse Professionals
(SAP) for 24-hour compliance to DOT positive test results.
